International Round Table "Scientific heritage of N.I. Tolstoy through the eyes of his students and successors"

Dr. Dragana Đurić, a research associate at the Institute for Balkan Studies, SASA, participated in the work of the international round table "Scientific heritage of N.I. Tolstoy through the eyes of his students and successors".

The round table was held on April 14th in Vršac, the hometown of Nikita Ilyich Tolstoy, an outstanding scientist and founder of Moscow ethnolinguistics, as a part of the celebration of 100 years since his birth. The conference was organized by the Russian Embassy in the Republic of Serbia, The Russian House — Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Belgrade, The Institute of Slavic Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Municipality of Vršac.

Dr. Đurić gave a presentation on the topic of "South Slavic vučari - tradition and modernity".
