The international conference Contemporary Serbian Folklore Studies II, September 5-7, 2014, which took place in Belgrade and Tršić, saw the presentation of three papers by research fellows of the Institute for Balkan Studies SASA. Mirjana Detelić co-authored with Lidija Delić (Institute for Literature and Arts, Belgrade) the paper “Tavnica je kuća neobična. The semantics of the spatial positioning of epic dungeon”. Ljubinko Radenković presented the paper “The contemporary Slavonic folklore studies: heritage and innovations”. Marija Ilić and Ljubica Djurić co-authored the paper “Serbian swearwords as a speech and folklore genre: The case of ’Jebem ti sunce’.”
