Television in Europe beyond the Iron Curtain

Annemarie Sorescu-Marinković, PhD, research assistant of the Institute for Balkan Studies, took part in the international conference Television in Europe beyond the Iron Curtain – National and Transnational Perspectives since the 1950s, held 4–7 December 2013 in Erlangen (Germany) and organized by Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. Annemarie Sorescu-Marinković presented the paper “'We didn’t have anything, they had it all'. Watching Yugoslav television in communist Romania”.
