Dr. Vladimir P. Petrović gave a lecture in Nikšić entitled "On the Roads of the Roman Empire: from the Southern Adriatic to the Central Balkans"

Dr. Vladimir P. Petrović, principal research fellow of the Institute for Balkan Studies SASA, stayed in Nikšić from 20 to 22 February 2026, at the invitation of the Public Institution Museums and Galleries Nikšić. During his stay, he gave a lecture at the Palace of King Nikola, entitled: On the Roads of the Roman Empire: From the South Adriatic to the Central Balkans. Together with his colleague Srđan Delić from Nikšić, he conducted a comprehensive reconnaissance of Roman roads, bridges, and fortifications in the vicinity of Nikšić (Ozrinići, Moštanica, Onogošt) with the aim of determining the possible location of the Roman Anderba.
