Presentation of the edited volume "Pope Pius XII and the Challenge of Totalitarianism in Yugoslavia, 1941-1958"

At the Faculty of Political Sciences of Roma Tre University, on October 29, 2025, the edited volume “Pope Pius XII and the Challenge of Totalitarianism in Yugoslavia, 1941–1958” was presented. Published by the Institute for Balkan Studies of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts (SASA), the volume contains the results of the research conducted within the project of the same name, funded by the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia under the IDEAS program.
The volume was discussed by Professors Alberto Basciani and Antonio d’Alessandri from the Faculty of Political Sciences at Roma Tre University, Roberto Morozzo della Rocca from the Faculty of Philosophy and Communication at Roma Tre University, and Luca Riccardi from the University of Cassino. The discussion also featured the editor of the volume and director of the Institute for Balkan Studies SASA, Dr Vojislav G. Pavlović.
